On April 11, the Hunan provincial government convened a meeting with business leaders, including CiDi, to gather insights for drafting the 15th Five-Year Plan.

This follows a prior session with cultural advisors on April 9. Attendees represented a strategic mix of large and small enterprises within Hunan's “4×4” modern industrial framework, spanning giants like Hunan Iron and Steel Group, Sany, Zoomlion, and Changsha BYD, alongside specialized SMEs such as CiDi, Chaoneng Robot, and Kylinsec.

At the meeting, business leaders shared industry-specific recommendations tailored to Hunan's economic landscape, offering practical perspectives to shape the plan. Weiming Mao, Hunan Governor and Provincial Party Committee Deputy Secretary, urged officials to refine these ideas into actionable strategies.
